Sometimes choosing a book is hard, so I made step-by-step instructions on how to choose a book.

 

1. Get a book that's title makes you feel interested

2. Read the back of the book (Blurb)

3. Read the first 3 or 4 pages and see if you would like to read more

4. See if you can read most of the words (For younger kids)

5. If you now like the sound of the book, you have chosen a book you would like to read!

 

Sometimes, when an event is coming up, I look for a non-fiction book about it. For example, when I was getting a fish, I looked for a book about fish. When I was going to a roller skating party, I looked for a book about roller skating!

The Kindle is an E-Reader created by Amazon. You can choose from thousands of books and purchace them with a click of a button. You can also download samples for free to see if you like the book. There are many types of Kindle, but the Kindle Fire (touchscreen, full colour, games) ,the Kindle Keyboard (B&W, Keyboard) and the Kindle Paperwhite (B&W, Touchscreen, Bright) are the most popular.
